Can anyone recommend a good battery replacement service that comes to you?
I'm honestly kicking myself right now because I've been putting off replacing my car battery for months, telling myself "it'll be fine for a little longer" and now it's come back to bite me in the worst way possible. I was out running errands this morning in Dubai and parked for maybe twenty minutes to grab some groceries, came back out and my car wouldn't even turn over. Just that awful clicking noise that makes your heart sink when you know you're miles from home. I had to wait almost an hour for a friend to come give me a jump and I felt like such an idiot sitting there in the parking lot watching everyone else drive off. I've been looking into getting a new battery sorted this week because I absolutely cannot go through that again, especially with summer coming up when the heat is going to be brutal on electrical systems. The thing is, I don't really have the time to drive somewhere and wait around while they fit it, plus I'm paranoid about the car dying again if I stop anywhere. Does anyone know if these guys do mobile fitting or can recommend a place that comes to your house or office to do the installation? I'd much rather just have someone show up, do the swap, and let me get on with my day without having to worry about getting stranded again. Really appreciate any suggestions you guys have.
